CUSTOM COLORS: You have the widest option of available colors in both fabrics and trim options. The company's inventory of 20 trim and binding colors is unrivaled in the industry. Or you may choose cord piping, rope piping or double binding.

TRIM COLORS

CORD PIPING - ROPE PIPING - DOUBLE BINDING:

You have an incredible selection of trim colors (20 BINDING  and SURCINGLE colors). Woven from polypropylene, they are shrink proof, stain resistant, extremely durable and will never fade. Nearly all these shades are also available in CORD PIPING and DOUBLE BINDING variations (note EMBELLISHMENTS).

EMBROIDERY & SCREEN PRINTING: Your embellishment needs can be for 1 or 100 pieces – Curvon will reproduce your artwork or design something uniquely for you. You may also choose from various typestyles and monogram designs.

EMBROIDERY & FELT LETTERING: You can choose from the 20 trim colors for the luxurious look and feel of true embroidered letters and monograms and from several typestyles and motogram designs. Computerized machines sew directly onto horse clothing item and and will lasts the garment's lifetime. The traditional felt lettering (2", 3" or 4") is also an option.

EMBELLISHMENTS: You can select FANCY HIPS made by skilled craftspeople who hand-braid them for you from 8mm tailcord. Fancy Hips are then permanently sewn into the item.

SCREEN PRINTING: You can personalize any number of horse clothing items. Screen-printing is probably the preferred method because it is relatively low in cost and permits the production of large designs. Your camera-ready artwork can be used or Curvon will develop your custom design.
