Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately. We'll do what we can to ensure your satisfaction. For your convenience, we'll make returns and exchanges easy based on these basic guidelines . . . We cannot accept custom order merchandise for returns, exchanges or credit unless the item(s) arrive at your address in faulty condition.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your clean, unused product for refund of merchandise purchase price, exchange or for a credit. We are sorry but we cannot accept items after 30 days.

Returned items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused or broken items will not be accepted. Items not in their original packaging or with removed tags will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us right away will lead us to believe the damage occurred in your possession and will render the item nonreturnable.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. You are responsible for shipping charges to get items to us. If you want an exchange, you will be responsible for an additional shipping charge.

DressYourHorse.com cannot accept returns for custom color/size items.

If an item breaks or is damaged during normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we will  replace or refund the purchase price of the returned product based on the manufacturer's warrantee.

Items drop shipped from our vendors must be returned to us, not to them.

We recommend that you return your item to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service to protect you if the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. And, importantly, this gives you the ability to track your order through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged or lost shipment.

Please realize that horse clothing items are not warranted against tears unless they are due to a manufacturing defect. If you send a damaged clothing article back that is such a defect, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to get the item back to you.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.

Always include a copy of your sales slip with any return. Send returns to:
