Please note: Our shipping policy will be changing in 2011. Presently, our shipping prices are very generous and we absorb much of the cost, especially for blankets and some heavier items. However, the cost of freight has escalated so much that our low pricing structure is forcing us to add a moderate freight charge for items over four or five pounds. 

We promise to deliver product to you efficiently, promptly and in excellent condition. We have worked out arrangements with our manufacturers to get product to us and/or to you expeditiously. Also, your order will receive the most expert, professionally handled packaging and shipment method.

Ideally, your regular order will be processed within 48 hours on business days. Allow 3 weeks processing and manufacturing time for custom orders.

We make every effort to keep shipping costs down.

As a rule, our shipping fees are based on order total. There are several exceptions:

1. Horse trunks and heavy products are now assessed an oversize or overweight freight charge. This shipping charge is listed as "shipping charge" and is a flat fee. All shipping charges over this total will be absorbed by us. This fee is required even if the standard shipping fee is waived for orders over $250.00.

2. Horse blankets may be assessed a nominal additional freight charge in some instances if weight exceeds five pounds.

3. All art work is assessed a special shipping and handling fee. This fee is required even if the standard shipping fee is waived for orders over $250.00.

The standard shipping rates are broken down in the table below. The only exception to these rates occurs if the package, box or crate is heavy/oversized and high freight charges are assessed - as stated in 1, 2 and 3 above.

If your order totals $250 or more, standard shipping rates are automatically waived and your order ships FREE - except as stated in 1, 2 and 3 above.

   $25.00 and under -- add $6.95

   $25.01 to $50.00 --  add $7.95

   $50.01 to $75.00 --  add $9.95

   $75.01 to $100.00 -- add $12.95

   $100.01 to $150.00 -- add $14.95

   $150.01 to $200.00 -- add $16.95

   $200.01 to $250.00 -- add $19.95

   FREE shipping on all orders above $250 except where special handling is required (artwork, horse tack trunks and some heavy horse blankets).

All claims for packages scanned as delivered, but not received, are the shipping carrier's responsibility. No refunds will be issued from us for those packages.
